Gary T. Britton, President and Founder, is passionate about developing, mentoring, training and coaching individuals and companies to maximize performance in careers, business and workforce development. He has extensive experience in information technology, domestic and international logistics, finance and manufacturing sectors.

He is a Certified CCF leadership coach and executive CCF Certified Coach Practitioner, has the Coaching Excellence Certification, and is both a Certified Instructional Design Master and Certified Training Techniques Master. In addition, Britton Strategies is an Authorized Partner for Everything DISC® and The Five Behaviors® and he is a Certified Facilitator for both.

Britton deploys his more than 25 years of consultative sales, business development, strategic turnarounds, workforce development and executive leadership experience for the benefit of his clients. In each capacity, he gained extensive experience managing group dynamics and facilitating teamwork for successful outcomes. He helps businesses, organizations and individuals identify and discover their unique abilities through personal and professional development processes to achieve high performance behavior and gain measurable results.
